Result of the Romania trip – I get a team to manage. So generally I tend to be very detail oriented and if the work is not thorough enough I am steaming inside. The view on my face would be like a loving dove, but hell breaks lose and my stress increases.

This time too I had similiar experience, thankfully I am older and have better management tactics and wiser. It did not worry me that much and I could improvise my team. Now they seem to be self-sufficient I have taken a back seat. Just consult them when they need advice. Back to my work journal the amazing black hole. Its amazing because I have a way out of it 🙂
